Head of Supply Chain

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Supply Chain to lead and transform our end-to-end supply chain operations from our base in Fulda, with the flexibility of a remote working model. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a forward-looking supply chain strategy that scales operations, optimises working capital, and builds a resilient, globally connected vendor network. You will serve as the central force aligning procurement, logistics, planning, and commercial teams around a shared operational vision.

As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will drive the S&OP process to ensure supply and demand are consistently balanced, while managing relationships with global suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers. You will define and own key performance indicators — including OTIF, inventory turnover, and cost-to-serve — and leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve performance. Your ability to identify and implement technological solutions, from AI-powered forecasting tools to ERP upgrades, will be critical to modernising and future-proofing our supply chain.

This is a high-impact leadership position suited to a supply chain professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and brings both strategic vision and operational rigour. You will recruit, develop, and mentor a cross-functional team spanning logistics, purchasing, and planning, while championing agile ways of working and omnichannel supply chain management across the organisation.
