Senior Full Stack Developer

HandTech Solution is a technology and digital marketing company dedicated to helping businesses grow through advanced, data-driven strategies. We build scalable platforms and tools that connect companies with their target audiences more effectively, and we are expanding our engineering team to support that mission. As we scale globally, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take meaningful ownership of core product features and help raise the engineering bar across the organization.

In this role, you will work within a cross-functional team of 8 engineers - growing to 12 - collaborating closely with Product Managers and DevOps Engineers to design, build, and ship high-impact features. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, defining your own technical approach and taking end-to-end ownership of services from database schema through to frontend delivery. You will also play an active role in mentoring junior developers and driving best practices through rigorous code reviews in an Agile, sprint-based environment.

This is a fully remote position based out of Tampa, Florida, ideal for engineers coming from mid-size SaaS companies, product-led startups, or fintech firms who thrive in fast-moving environments and take pride in writing clean, maintainable, and performant code.
