Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team in San Francisco. In this role, you will take ownership of designing modern, responsive websites and landing pages that deliver exceptional user experiences for our clients. You will work with a collaborative team of seven, with plans to expand by three additional designers, and partner closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, Marketing, UX Researchers, and clients to bring compelling digital experiences to life.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the creation of wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, while ensuring accurate implementation in collaboration with the development team. You will champion usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. Your early impact will include a full redesign of the company website, building responsive marketing landing pages, and establishing a scalable, reusable UI component library.

The ideal candidate is a creative, innovative thinker with a calm and collaborative mindset who takes projects from concept to delivery with confidence and clarity. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy on day-to-day design decisions while aligning with the Product Manager and development team during weekly reviews. A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design work is essential - candidates without one will not be considered.
